My family, Trevor, and I had just gotten back from having dinner with a bunch of friends. Trevor asked if we could go for a walk. I asked him if we had to since it was my last night with my family before we flew out the next morning. He didn’t really answer so I took his silence as being okay with not going for a walk. A little while later he asked again. And then again. He kept pushing it, so finally I agreed. It was a dark, foggy night in Pennsylvania. Actually, it was kind of scary! We had one little flashlight as we walked down a path and then onto a bridge. The water was rushing beneath us as Trevor started to dance with me. He starting singing to me then out of the blue he pulled out a gorgeous ring in which he asked me to marry him! I started to cry and of course, said “Yes!”
